According to a survey in USA Today, Customer Service is the #1 reason people choose to stay with a company long-term. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction ? that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. I'm sure everyone has a customer service story to tell and I bet chances are customer service has prevented you from returning to an establishment.
