This sounds good, however, when you take off the cost of living, this is how it looks:

$2,400,000

                                                                $2,400,000

                Less Tax/SS (40%)           $960,000 

Less Rent/Mortgage (25%)            $600,000

Less Living costs (25%)                   $600,000 

Total Left after Deductions:          $240,000 

This $240,000 represents what you have to fund your standard of living if you divide this by 40 years it = $6,000 per year.

Now divide by 12 and you get the paltry sum of $500 to live on PER MONTH!!!!

This is why people who have a job don’t live in their dream house, have exotic holidays or own the car of their dreams.
