Hi there what can i say I'm 22 and i live in Manchester I've completed a tour of Iraq and I'm looking at completing my pti course this year with one of my close mates clarky(physical training instructor) . Anyway i spend most my time now with those closest to me. I'd definitely say that Iraq changed me for the better I'm a much nicer person now and i now appreciate things allot more in life. I also spend allot of my time keeping my fitness up i go on at least 4 jogs a week.I also spend allot of my time raising funds for different causes nothing gives me greater pleasure that helping people out less fortunate then myself i get a real buz out of it i was the opposite of this a while ago but people change.Ive learnt a very valuable lesson in life since my return from Iraq and that lesson is the more you help people out in life the more good things come your way .
