A month of standoffs on both sides.  The agency says she has to take what they give her.  I have to work and smile and be nice to nasty customers.  Some managers are nasty with me.  I feel like I am fighting many battles on many fronts.  How does Israel keep winning.  They fight enemies on many fronts.  The fight continues.
